Clover Health Services is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department(ED) Near Lawrence, MA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. As an ER Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate and specialized care to patients in critical conditions. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay Package:

  • Day shift, 13 weeks
  • Custom hours shift, 3.0 days/week
  • Pay Package: Travel Weekly Rate - $2720, Travel Hourly Rate - $75.56
  • $1390 is weekly taxable income
  • $448 is weekly non-taxable perdiem stipend
  • $882 is weekly non-taxable housing stipend

RN ER Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting
- Assess and triage patients based on their condition and severity of illness or injury
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform specimen collection processing and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with emergency procedures such as intubation, CPR, and wound care
- Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and post-care instructions

RN ER Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Emergency Room setting
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Strong knowledge of ICD-9 coding and documentation requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
- Experience with ophthalmology, memory care, dermal fillers, ostomy care, or other specialized areas is a plus
