MDS REGISTERED NURSE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a New York State approved nursing school and currently registered in the State of New York as a Licensed Registered Nurse
- MDS Certification; or must obtain within 6 months
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Good Organizational skills
- Must have and maintain the ability to act and make decisions independently
- Knowledge of MDS completion and submission
- Previous MDS experience preferred
