Your focus will include: Provide Recruitment support to Clough Functional and Divisional Managers as required Sourcing, Screening and Selecting candidates in line with best practice recruitment methodology (Competency/Behavioural) Managing recruitment activities and process for yearly Graduate and Intern recruitment drives Creating and offering employment contracts, on-boarding candidates Complete all administration tasks in line with the specified processes Maintain and utilise Clough Recruitment System (WorkDay) Talent and market mapping.
