We provide career management services and opportunities. Our client requires a Change Management Lead to lead the overall change management efforts for technology transformation initiative from strategy to execution. This resource will be responsible for change management related to the roadmap programs to influence and engage varied stakeholders, using a range of techniques.Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, business, organization behavior, HR management or related field.-Direct demonstrated related experience in change management lead role.-Direct demonstrated related experience project for an enterprise organization.-Change Management Certification (e.g. ADKAR by Prosci) or any other relevant industry standard change management professional certification.-Direct demonstrated related experience leading change management efforts for business transformation initiatives.-Direct demonstrated related experience in change management working with business and IT on technology transformation projects.-Direct, demonstrated related experience working with a Program Management Office.-Direct demonstrated related experience in measuring change impact and responses to change management strategies.-Direct demonstrated related experience in working with multiple business stakeholder groups to develop and seek buy in for a change management strategy and corresponding change management plan.-Direct demonstrated related experience in working with multiple stakeholder groups to implement change management plan.Related Project Experience-Provide summaries of two (2) reference projects that were completed within the last five (5) years.-This include project scope, approach, list of all services and deliverable completed, and references from the project.Project Comprehension (project details will be provided)-Provide a brief description of the requirements and challenges.-Identify any special needs, risks or considerations that may not have been identified and suggest approaches for addressing them.Work Methodologies (project details will be provided)-Describe in detail the approach which will be recommended to deliver the Services.-Describe the strategies and skills that will be employed to ensure that the expectations around scope, time, cost, quality and performance will be met.-Provide any other relevant information about the work methodologies that will be applied.Additional InformationYou can also view and apply for the opportunity here onhttp://www.cloudtrend.ca/Job/View/2762/Cloudtrend-Inc-Change-Management-Lead-Edmonton-Alberta-Canada-Information-Technology-IT-job-and-career?UrlRef=40When applying, please state the number of years of experience in your response along with your resume.
