Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive andexperienced IT Specialist to manage our company's IT infrastructure with afocus on AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will havea strong background in cloud computing, network administration, and Microsofttechnologies. This role will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing ourcloud-based systems, ensuring their security, reliability, and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manageand maintain our company's AWS and Azure cloud environments, includinginfrastructure provisioning, configuration, and optimization.
- AdministerMicrosoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, andTeams, ensuring their proper configuration and functionality.
- Monitorcloud infrastructure performance, security, and availability, implementing bestpractices and security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Providetechnical support to employees regarding cloud-based services, troubleshootingissues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Collaboratewith internal teams to identify IT needs and develop solutions to improveefficiency and productivity.
- Maintainaccurate documentation of cloud configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Stayup-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud technology,recommending upgrades and enhancements as needed.
- Assistin the planning and implementation of IT projects related to cloud migration,integration, and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimumof 5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, and cloudcomputing.
- Strongexpertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including hands-on experience withinfrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation and AzureResource Manager.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, andTeams.
- Solidunderstanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and security principles.
- Excellenttroubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issuesefficiently.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectivelywith individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Relevantcertifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365Certified: Enterprise Administrator) are a plus.
