Bath Food Co. are looking for driven and excited people to grow with our growing business as a Facility Operations Associate!

Your responsibilities on the Job:

• Uphold sanitation of common areas and food safety principles
• Assist with transporting food orders from kitchens to the central processing area in the facility
• Facilitate communication between our team and the kitchens
• Check in with customers to guarantee a satisfactory experience and relay reports of customer satisfaction to restaurant management
• Be highly organized and a self-starter
• Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, a positive attitude, initiative and have exceptional communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience as a Food Expeditor or similar entry-level role in a restaurant
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Physical ability and stamina to carry out orders and stand for long hours
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Good oral communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift at least 30 LBS

Nice to have:

• Experience with a food service, hospitality or retail company
• Experience with a technology startup
