Cashier (Front of House Lead - Come be one of our Dreamers…a member of our Cloudhop Dreamteam)

Job Description: Full-Time

Cloudhop Bakeshop is opening in the Orlando area, and if you enjoy being surrounded by delicious fluffy cookies and dreamy cupcakes come join our dreamteam! We are currently seeking skilled bakers, decorators, and associates to join our dreamteam.

The Bakery Lead will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for maintaining the cold case, keeping a clean and sanitized workspace, answering phones, and taking orders from customers in a retail setting. The Bakery lead is also responsible for quality customer service, as well as maintaining a good attitude and friendly demeanor as you will be the first person the customer interacts with when entering the bakeshop.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lead other dreamteam members.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week if full time.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must have at least a food handler certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Open-minded to cross-training with the constant desire to learn.
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Team Player

Responsibilities:

• Boxing up, taking orders, and selling products in a retail setting.
• Ensure time and temperature control and First in, First out (FIFO) Procedure
• Keep a clean and sanitized workspace by employing proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Always wear a smile and provide quality customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
