As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for creating the Global Services roadmap for our Professional Services and Support organization. You will be collaborating with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product Management and Product Marketing to create innovative packaged services and support offerings. We expect you to take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, leading the ideation, design, development and rollout of services and support offerings.
As a leader, you will build your team of product managers, who will be responsible for driving the product strategy for the Global Services business.

What you'll get to do in this role:

  • Drive the vision and develop a deep understanding of our customer segments and advocate relentlessly for the best software and service packages on customers’ behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis
  • Lead team of product managers to complete product roadmap in partnership with cross functional teams
  • Drive the vision, metrics, roadmap, feature set, and delivery of your product area ensuring that we’re always exceeding the expectations of our customers 
  • Clearly present your findings and recommendations from data and research to executives and key team members

Must Have:

  • 10 years of experience in managing or leading a Professional Services, Customer Support or similar customer facing organization.
  • 5 years of experience in a SaaS business.
  • Proven track record of delivering value-added software products and features
  • Exhibit technical depth with good data analysis experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to articulate insights as well as presentation skills across various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and work effectively in a cross functional global environment.
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of how your deliverables impact business outcomes for BV and our customers.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Data driven decision making
  • Drive to action and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverable simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time
