**Overview:**

Cloud Escape is a premier provider of interactive and immersive escape room experiences. We pride ourselves on delivering fun and challenging adventures for our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Escape Room Game Masters.

**Job Description:**

As an Escape Room Game Master, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers by guiding them through our various escape room challenges. Your primary duties will include:

- Greeting and briefing customers before their escape room experience.
- Monitoring the progress of players and providing hints or clues when needed.
- Ensuring all game rules are followed and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Resetting the room for the next group of players.
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A passion for puzzles, games, and interactive experiences.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

**Schedule:**

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
