Cloud Cleaning is Hiring a Part Time Building Maintenance Manager - Tyler Medical Clinic Near Tyler, TX

Job Summary

We are looking for a part time Building Maintenance Manager to join our team! This position consists of performing light maintenance at a large medical clinic in Tyler, TX. Hours are 4 (possibly up to 6) per day, Monday through Friday and could be completed on a consistent schedule any 4 hours within the 8 am to 5 pm window. On site training and all supplies are provided. At Cloud Cleaning, our mission is to create positive client experiences while cultivating cleaner and healthier spaces.

Responsibilities and Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Process maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
Contact and coordinate service contractors for necessary repairs
Perform minor manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, etc.)
Issue key fobs to building staff, per work order requests
Maintain material and supply inventory
Inspect equipment/systems regularly for proper functioning and safety
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements
Unplugging, replacing and repairing of toilet issues
HVAC- changing filters and minor repairs/cleaning, adjust temperatures as needed
Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
Make raving fans of Cloud Cleaning by providing exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills

Able to work 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday
Proven experience as maintenance technician
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
Ability to proactively communicate with clients, contractors and employer
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 25 lbs
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
Willingness to undergo background and drug screens
Use your own Smartphone for clocking in and out
