• Conducting huddles with COO and DoS to ensure training and staffing levels are to standard
• Meeting with clients as needed to review or discuss cleaning quality or concerns
• Meeting new staff/contractors at specified building locations for initial training
• Conducting a building walkthrough to review the scope of services and building layout
• Providing initial and ongoing training on proper equipment, supplies and consumables usage
• Conducting training on fastest and best cleaning practices
• Working alongside new staff/contractors for the first couple cleanings before turning over the keys and codes
• Showing staff proper building access (key and code) procedures
• Bringing equipment, supplies and consumables to new buildings for new account launches
• Visiting newly won accounts prior to launch, ensuring scope, access, building layout and needs are clearly understood so staff/contractors can be trained
• Communicating with DoS (new staff/contractors) and CBS (newly won accounts) to ensure new account launches go as planned
• Working to find a replacement cleaner and filling in for staff and contractors if no other options are available
• Coaching new staff/contractors on areas needing improvement

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a janitorial supervisor is preferred!
• The ability to lift 25 pounds
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 1pm-9pm or later, with some weekend work required
