Cloud Cleaning is Hiring a Commercial Janitorial Supervisor - Tyler TX Near Tyler, TX
Job Summary
We are looking for a part time janitorial supervisor to join our Cleaning Team! This position is approximately 15 hours per week, evening hours (after 5 pm). It involves supervising a team of 3 doing commercial cleaning for a large office building in the Tyler area. As building coach, you will participate in the cleaning, as well as supervise staff on site and inspect the building at the end of the clean to ensure quality of service. At Cloud Cleaning, our mission is to create positive client experiences while cultivating cleaner and healthier spaces.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Train new staff members as needed
- Oversee building cleaning and inspect for quality post-clean
- Keep restrooms and offices in clean and orderly condition.
- Sweep and maintain clean floors.
- Collect trash.
- Follow scope of services checklist to ensure cleaning is performed according to client's specifications.
- Make raving fans by providing exceptional service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience with commercial cleaning/supervising preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screens
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player, able to work with a team of cleaners
- Able to use App on Smartphone for clocking in and out
- Must be able to be able work independently
