Overview:

We are seeking a Functional Lead who will support a Medicaid Transformation Project. The candidate must have experience in IT, modernization, implementation projects. The Functional Lead will be responsible for overseeing the functional aspects of the Medicaid Transformation Project. This role involves leading a team to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements, integration, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Medicaid systems, a deep understanding of Medicaid policies and regulations, and exceptional leadership skills.

Mandatory Skills/ Experience:

• 8 years of experience with IT Projects
  • 6 years of experience in IT projects including modernization and implementation.
• Experience with Medicaid and/ or Department of Health or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading functional teams and managing large-scale IT projects.

Desirable Skills/ Experience:

• Certification in project management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and other healthcare IT solutions.
