REQUIREMENTS:

Must have proof of all childhood vaccinations. Must be willing to receive Covid and Flu vaccines to work in this medical office setting! Please do not apply if you cannot fulfill these requirements.

DUTIES:

- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills

- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles and light switches

- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred

- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

-Must demonstrategood problem response skills

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus

- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
