Clothworks is a Seattle-based fabric design & manufacturing company. Along with our Clothworks line of quilting fabric, our brands include our 100% sourced in the USA, American Made Brand cotton solids, the Everyday Organic brand of organic solids and a whole range of colorful characters from The World of Susybee.

As Textile Designer, you will partner with the Design Team to:

· Design quilting fabric collections from a variety of art styles and mediums from hand-painted to digitally created to antique documents. We use them all!

o Work with licensed artists from around the world!

o Develop in-house collections.

· Create seamless repeats, manipulating art, redrawing as needed.

· Develop sales collateral.

· Recolor sales materials to match original art.

You should have…

• A passion for textile design – You love it and have done it!
• 5 years’ experience working on in-house creative team
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Understanding of textile print design and recoloration
• Strong color matching
• Commitment hard work and high-quality creativity
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team

Compensation Range: $55,000 – 65,000/yr

Schedule: ~8:00 am - 4:30 pm
