Busy West Hartford residential real estate firm seeking immediate full-time real estate paralegal to handle closing work in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Residential closing experience is required. Priority given to candidates with experience handling Massachusetts closings. Job responsibilities include handling of purchase, sale, relocation and refinance files through the entire closing process. Duties will include opening files, ordering and processing title commitments and policies, preparation of sale and purchase figures and documents and extensive communication with clients, lenders and agents.
