About us
Closets by Design a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, is currently seeking several enthusiastic and motivated individuals to immediately fill the position(s) of shop worker.
Prior Woodworking experience is preferred, but not required.
Job Responsibilities
- We will train Motivated/Reliable individuals to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Understanding company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
- Manufacturing Experience is required
- Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Supervisor.
- Quality Control experience a major plus.
- Cabinet/Drawer/Assembly experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with technical drawings/Able to follow them
- CNC experience a plus(This is an Operator position not CNC Programming)
Personal Requirements
- Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields, (32mm systems) a plus.
- Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
