Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our cabinet manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC routers, performing routine maintenance tasks, and handling data entry responsibilities. This role requires precision, technical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC router to cut, shape, and drill cabinet components according to specifications and design requirements.

- Set up and calibrate CNC machine to ensure accurate and efficient production runs.

- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or errors and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC router, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.

- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

- Record production data using computer software.

- Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders, troubleshoot problems, and meet production deadlines.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

- Occasionally provide support in other departments, such as edge banding, saw operation, or drawer assemble, as needed to meet production demands.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in CNC machining is preferred.

- Proven experience operating CNC routers in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and software navigation.

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions and blueprints.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

- Knowledge of cabinet making techniques and materials is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
