Service Coordinator
We are looking to add another member to our close-knit team in Jacksonville. The position requires great customer service skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, upbeat attitude. Our work environment is casual, energetic and fun!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointments
- Scheduling design appointments on our Salesforce CRM Software
- Corresponding with designers on consultation scheduling
- Greet clients, and direct people accordingly from front desk
- Answering phones, directing phone calls, and responding to online/email inquiries
- Corresponding with clients and customers
- Organize paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting department
- Scheduling installations and working closely with our designers to meet the needs of the customer
- Purchasing products utilizing our preferred vendors
Specific Requirements:
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Computer experience including Word and Excel
- Experience with a Salesforce based platform a plus
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience
