Entry Level Computer Repair Technician

• The Entry Level Technician is responsible for performing minor repairs on laptops, helping to identify hardware issues and SW installation including Windows, drivers etc.
• This position will support service operations by assisting in minor laptop repairs, such as replacing hard drives, keyboards, memory modules, etc.
• The Technician will also supervise the automated laptop software installation process and will assist with identified issues.
• Training will be provided to identifying possible hardware issues, to perform corrective action, visually inspecting refurbished laptops and grading based on condition.
• Additional responsibilities will include data wipes, scanning and data entry for equipment inventory.
