Job description
Infant Room Co-Teacher (Part Time Monday - Friday)
Clockwise Learning Center Infant Room Teachers are relied upon to responsibly guide and care for our infant students through their social and emotional development.
Clockwise Learning Center Infant Room Teachers must be responsible, reliable, and dedicated individuals who have a genuine love for working with children. Clockwise educators should demonstrate patience, dependability, and above average communication skills; along with an ability to take initiative, and consistently maintain a calm, nurturing approach to address each child’s needs effectively. Our educators and staff develop secure relationships with our children and their families to better facilitate positive contributions to the behaviors and social interactions of our students.
Infant Room Teacher responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Recording and maintaining a well organized daily record of each child’s lesson plans and activities for parents and/ or guardians.
- Reporting accidents, illness, and/ or unusual behaviors of students or parents to Clockwise Learning Center management.
- Coordinating and scheduling of daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans and activities.- Caring for multiple infants, toddlers, and/ or children with multiple schedules.
*Previous experience in child care and/ or caregiving is preferred, however it is NOT required.
Clockwise Learning Center provides specialized training and state authorized certifications for all staff members. All Clockwise staff members abide by current CDC CoVid-19 guidelines and recommendations, as well as all New Jersey state mandates and child care licensing requirements.
