Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Ensure tables are properly set with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Sanitize tables, chairs, menus, and other surfaces regularly
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Process guest payments using cash or credit card transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic math for order accuracy and payment processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for positive guest relations
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of bussing procedures to maintain cleanliness during service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
