Clock Tower Animal Clinic is an intentionally, privately-owned, small animal practice in Lincoln, Nebraska, looking to add another veterinarian to our team!

The Job-. CTAC is currently a 5 DVM practice operating out of our newly built clinic, which is incredible. Our hours are 8-6 M-F, no longer doing Saturdays. We are flexible with both part time hours or full time hours available. We believe in work/life balance as we need our people to be happy and healthy, our focus is on long term retention. We are family friendly, but believe that includes any family, and family of all ages. When it comes to toys and equipment, we have many of the bells and whistles including in-house laboratory, digital radiographs, dental radiographs, ultrasound machine, companion laser, etc. We would be open to adding any additional equipment to make your practice life fulfilled. We are open with numbers and operate based on a pro-sal model with competitive base pay.. We cover all the basics you are used to, CE, licensing, dues, DEA, professional liability, etc. We also offer a benefits package including health insurance, access to Direct Primary Care medicine, 401k with match, paid time off, and partial paid parental leave.

The Clinic- Our facility opened in Feb 2024 and was designed with an emphasis on employee happiness. It features 9 exam rooms, an outdoor patio, break room, offices, a privacy room, separate treatment, imaging, surgical, dental areas, and best of all, plenty of natural sunlight shining in a multitude of windows! The clinic boasts beautiful trees and green space and sits right on the bike path for easy access to the trail system. We invite you to come by and visit!
