Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana Building Administration License
- Five years of elementary teaching experience
- Effective communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm under high pressure situations and to make tough decisions confidently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to relate well with children
- Willing to be flexible with daily schedule
