Apartment Maintenance Technician
Clinton, TN

Currently seeking an energetic full-time member to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. The maintenance team is responsible for performing routine grounds, swimming pool, sand volleyball court, and apartment maintenance, as well as other duties assigned by the Senior Property Manager. Position requires emergency on call hours and some weekend work.

Applicants must possess a general understanding of building systems such as HVAC (with certification preferred), plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair with a willingness to learn additional skills. Applicants are required to furnish their own tools and use their own truck.
Applicants must be able to climb a ladder, walk on roof, walk for long distances, bend, stoop, crouch, push/pull, and lift least 50 lbs. without any difficulty. The position also requires good interpersonal skills, discreet and respectful of tenants and their living spaces, ability to work independently and multitask.

A background check and drug screen will be performed before applicants are hired.

MUST live on grounds with FREE apartment and basic cable included in benefits package.

Base Salary: $16/hr, depending on experience
