Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Finance team at ClinOne. This position will work closely with key business partners to drive thoughtful reporting and analysis, conveying the company’s financials and other metrics in a succinct and compelling manner to drive quick and informed decision making. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, developing financial and operational analysis, understanding the company’s financial performance inside and out. This is a highly visible position, which will support related financial and corporate decision makers at all levels of ClinOne to assist in achieving their financial and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Board Reporting – provide quarterly reporting and analysis to the Board of Directors by analyzing financial results, distilling key trends and observations, assessing business risks and opportunities, and articulating critical updates
• Financial reporting and analysis – provide meaningful analysis to help grow the business; communicate the story (not just the data), with clear insights and applicable recommendations
• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning – facilitate the annual Budget and monthly re-forecast processes; understand key variables and business drivers, collaborate with leaders to ensure accuracy
• Financial Modeling – maintain the monthly forecast model and assumptions for the financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and long-range plans for each
• Business Partnering – build relationships with business leaders and budget owners based on collaboration, trust, and common goals; provide financial support to help them achieve operational targets
• Sales pricing models – empower the sales team with user-friendly pricing tools, providing margin and discount analysis
• Process Improvement – audit existing financial processes, make recommendations, and implement enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, Master’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analyst
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/ financial modeling
• Advanced analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exemplary time management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and level of accuracy
• High degree of tact, judgment, and discretion
• Proficiency with software including Quickbooks Online, SaaSOptics, Salesforce.com
• Hands-on experience working on SaaSOptics with a Salesforce integration
• Working knowledge of ASC 606
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
