Our exclusive nonprofit partner is seeking a Supervisor for their Foster Care team. The Recruitment Specialist Supervisor is responsible for supervising the recertification workers and home finders.

Some Responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and supervision to the recertification caseworkers and homefinders.
• Developing, implementing, and utilizing tracking systems for the prompt notification to foster families of recertification coming due to ensure timely compliance.
• Ensure the accurate submission of recert narratives and licensing information.
• Ensuring approval of homes in a time-sensitive manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• MSW or Masters in related field required
• Minimum three (3) years’ supervisory experience or five (5) years’ experience in Child Welfare.
• Excellent writing/documentation skills
• Computer literate
• Must be highly organized and show proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• NYS Driver’s license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
