Clinicians Connect Care Home Health Agency is Hiring a Home Health Agency Marketer (FT) Near Sacramento, CA
Job Description:
- This position may be Full or Part time, we can discuss the possibilities.
- A $400 per billable Medicare patient.
- Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits will be offered to Full time employees.
Duties:
- Develop contacts with local Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living facilities, Doctor's offices, and Clinics with the goal being to make them aware of Clinicians Connect Care Home Health Agency credentials, and to obtain patient referrals.
- Develop Sales/Marketing objectives and sales projections.
- Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities and set a timetable.
- implement marketing plan, staying within the established budget.
- Additional tasks within job description
