Clinical & Support Options is Hiring an Assistant Director, PACT Youth, Pittsfield Near Pittsfield, MA
This is a great opportunity for a licensed Clinician or a Clinician on licensure track.
You WillAs an Assistant Director in our PACT Youth program:
- Provide day-to-day programmatic and administrative oversight of PACT-Y program including clinical, rehabilitative, multi-disciplinary and recovery-oriented services to support clients' recovery journey.
- Develop, oversee and participate in ongoing program activities, including onsite group and community activities that are active, flexible, ongoing, community-based and that include assertive outreach, rehabilitation, and support.
- Coordinate and ensure that quality services are provided within the PACT-Y team.
- Manage the program budget with support from the Program Director.
- Manage the referral process.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with the community including the Department of Mental Health and any other appropriate community members.
- Clinical Master's degree required
- Three years' relevant experience preferred including supervisory experience
- Highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
