Clinical Resolution Laboratory is Hiring a Supply Chain Manager - Manufacturing Near Brea, CA

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our company's overall supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
  • Must know how to run MRP in excel (Pivot table/Vlookup/Formulas)
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and create supply plans.
  • Create Master Production Schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) for all production and packaging activities, create work order based on the submitted POs and sales forecast and coordinate with any concerned depts to adjust/reschedule if necessary and required.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor safety stock levels of Raw Materials and Packaging Components (labels, Unit Cartons, Jars, Caps, etc) with 90 days minimum rolling cycles maintained
  • Manage to purchase 500 SKUs with a purchase staff and negotiate lead time and price with suppliers to ensure cost-saving and timely delivery of raw materials and components leading to timely production and filling schedules.
  • Capacity Constraint Planning due to labor shortage, machine breakdown or quality issue.
  • Manage to optimize warehouse space and manage PM schedule on equipment.
  • Maintain most to up to date, accurate BoM in conjunction with R&D and Quality and take proactive initiatives.
  • Manage FIFO/FEFO system with periodic cycle counts and physical counts
  • Develop and maintain production and filling schedules based on customer demand and change priorities of such schedule.
  • Check components and raw material availability prior to scheduling and ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Follow up with raw material and components ordering process, make sure items delivered on time.
  • Determine root causes on inventory discrepancies and analyze, implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and Analyze data to improve supply chain operations and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Conduct regular meetings with production teams to communicate schedule changes and address any issues or concerns.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a supply chain management role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
- Proficiency for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with ERP system set up
- Familiarity with MRP systems and production planning processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ownership and proactive initiatives and accountability
