Clinical Research Prime is Hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant Near Idaho Falls, ID

We partner with some of the world's most recognized medical and pharmaceutical companies to assist in the testing and monitoring of new and emerging treatments. As a Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant, you will help us maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of our study-related data and processes. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented to keep our clinic and research trials running smoothly and efficiently. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Typical Job Functions

· Compare work product to established standards and guidelines to ensure accuracy
· Review study binders, promptly identify deficiencies, and provide constructive feedback
· Investigate and/or report any Quality errors or deviations to the Quality Manager
· Assist the Quality Manager with external audits (Sponsor, FDA, IRB, etc.) as needed
· Participate in internal audits as a member of the quality team
· Interact with study monitors during on-site visits
· Participate in and help facilitate quality training to the staff, if needed
· Collaborate and provide support to other QA Assistants when needed

What you need to have:

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and verify the accuracy of data and information
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain precise records
· Working knowledge of software programs including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Outstanding organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Even better if you have:

· Prior experience in Quality Control, Document Management, or related field
· Prior experience working in a medical environment
· Prior experience working in a regulated industry

Compensation starts at $16.00/hour. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule. We work 8:00-5:00 Monday-Thursday and close at 2:00 on Friday!
