Job Title: Clinical Medical Devices Operations ManagerDepartment: OperationsReports To: Director of OperationsSummary:The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the medical device manufacturing process. This includes overseeing the production, quality assurance, and supply chain functions. The Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the facility meets all regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production of medical devices in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the supply chain to ensure that the facility has the necessary materials and equipment to meet production demands.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that the facility is compliant with all applicable regulations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the operations team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with project management.
