**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and coding, ensuring accurate and timely submission of medical claims. **Duties:** - Review and verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors - Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies - Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe - Utilize medical coding to ensure compliance with federal regulations - Process payments from insurance companies and patients - Resolve billing issues and discrepancies **Experience:** - Proficiency in medical coding systems such as ICD-9, ICD-10, and DRG - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Experience in medical collection practices - Familiarity with electronic medical records systems **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Medical Biller or similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, utilizing your skills to support the financial health of our organization.
