The hospital is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Vice President of Quality Management RN to spearhead the commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and resource-effective medical care. This is a Sr. Leadership Nursing role that requires a California RN license, clinical quality leadership experience in a hospital setting, and a BSN. Additional preferred qualifications include an MSN, a CPHQ certification, and knowledge in LEAN standards. 

This Vice President of Quality Management will oversee all hospital quality functions including Clinical Quality, Risk, Patient Safety, Improvement, Accreditation, Regulatory, Licensing and Peer Review. This position will manage 5 direct reports. The Vice President of Quality Management Registered Nurse will play a pivotal role in evaluating and identifying improvement opportunities, implementing the hospital's commitment to quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with various healthcare functions, monitoring outcomes of clinical care activities, and meticulous documentation of hospital-wide quality activities.
