The Transfer Center Director plays a critical role in overseeing the efficient and effective coordination of patient transfers into and out of the hospital. This leadership position requires strategic planning, operational oversight, and strong collaboration with internal departments, external healthcare facilities, and emergency medical services (EMS) providers. The Director of Transfer Center is responsible for optimizing patient flow, ensuring timely access to care, and promoting a seamless transfer experience for patients and referring providers.

In order to be qualified for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in management for Transfer Center Operations
