This Surgical Services Hospital Director will oversee two campuses for a total of 10 operating rooms. They will report directly to the VP of Clinical Operations and collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer, Surgical Manager and CRNA Manager at each campus.
The Surgery Director will be responsible for providing system-level leadership and guidance to the surgical staff, overseeing the implementation and evaluation of programs to ensure proper patient care, implementation of care and performance standards to meet regulatory requirements, department expenses/budget, guiding and managing day-to-day operations, and continuously assessing and improving the performance of care and services.
