Summary: Seeking an experienced Endoscopy Center Administrator to oversee operations at two state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) in San Luis Obispo and Templeton, California. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care.
Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across both endoscopy centers, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient satisfaction
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training for clinical and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs to maintain operational excellence
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize endoscopy services and enhance patient experiences
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to drive cost-effectiveness and profitability
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $148,000 - $154,000 per year
- Bonus potential of up to 15% based on performance
