The RN Cardiac Nursing Educator will have a unique role that focuses on being the quality, safety, and education expert for the Cardiac OR. Duties will include new hire onboarding, policy development, procedure management, and continuing education of cardiac OR team members. They will round with staff to provide support and promote a safe environment where quality care is being provided. 

The ideal candidate for the RN Cardiac Nursing Educator position will have their Bachelors Degree and 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a related field. A Nursing Professional Development certification and education/teaching experience are preferred but not required.
