The Regional Oncology Operations Director will report directly to the VP of Medical Oncology while overseeing financial and operational direction for 7 medical and infusion center locations. They will be supported by a dynamic team of Clinic Operations Managers for each site and work closely with other Leaders across the Oncology Program. The Regional Oncology Operations Director will be responsible for program monitoring across each regional location, ensuring the improvement of operational procedures and patient care quality. They will implement long-term operational strategies, lead hospital budgeting/negotiations, as well as oversee staff credentialing and workflow. This opportunity requires a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in healthcare leadership.
