The Regional Cancer Center Director of Operations will join a renowned facility that has been at the forefront of numerous breakthroughs in cancer therapy. This healthcare network stands out as the leading performer in the area, experiencing rapid growth and aiming for excellence in patient care and cancer treatment as its primary goal. The Regional Director of Cancer Center Operations will unite with surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, radiologists, and a support team of nurses and nurse managers. 

The Regional Director Oncology Clinic will oversee multiple outpatient clinics and physician offices in the Eastern Tennessee area. The role involves spearheading negotiations, overseeing hospital budgeting, coordinating with home health and hospice agencies, all aimed at providing seamless medical care for oncology patients.

Additionally, the Oncology Operations Director will be responsible for crafting strategic long-term operational plans, collaborating closely with senior management to achieve company goals, enhance productivity, and optimize overall performance.

The ideal Regional Director Oncology Clinic candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree, with an MBA/MHA or similar advanced degree being preferred. Streamlining processes will be a significant aspect of this role, with a focus on implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in business operations, particularly within a regional medical group setting.
