A 250 bed facility with over 100 years of service to their community is searching for an RN Quality Improvement Specialist. The RN Quality Improvement Specialist will have the opportunity to lead the initiatives set forth and satisfy the requirements set by the regulatory agencies. This position will work collaboratively with many departments, providers, and team members throughout the organization. The RN Quality Improvement Specialist will be a chief contributor to the processes for improvement to support the mission of providing quality patient care.
The ideal candidate and one who will obtain a quick interview for this position will have an active RN license, PCMH CCE certification, Master’s degree, and prior experience with NCQA and Quality Improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in Quality looking for the next step in their career.
