The OB Post-Partum Nurse Manager will be expected to provide leadership to a Family Birth Center consisting of a 13 bed OB department that delivers an average of 80 babies per month and a Level II, 6 bed NICU. A range of services are provided in this department including C-sections, PACU recovery, antepartum care, OB triage, outpatient procedures, and LDRP services. The Post-Partum Obstetrics Nurse Manager will maintain oversight of staff including RNs, midwifes, OBGYN Nurses, Educators, and other healthcare staff. This role will report to the Director of Nursing and be supported by Charge Nurses and Clinical Coordinators.

A Post-Partum OB Nurse Manager with progressive leadership experience in roles such as Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, etc. would be a great fit for this position. Further requirements include an active RN license, BSN, and years of experience as an RN.
