This Nurse Director Surgical Services Regional position will report directly to the VP of Operations. They will oversee perioperative nurse managers and staff within Pre and Post-Op, Central Sterile, Endo, and Inpatient/Outpatient OR’s. They will also work closely with the program and business management departments to assist in facility wide initiatives for physicians and surgeons.

The Surgical Services Nursing Director will be responsible for increasing operational efficiency, supporting team and leadership development, fostering relationships with providers, and maintaining adherence to state and federal regulations. They should have their BSN and prior Surgical Services Management experience.
