The Perioperatice Services Director will be responsible for providing system-level leadership and guidance to the surgical staff, overseeing the implementation and evaluation of programs to ensure proper patient care, implementation of care and performance standards to meet regulatory requirements, department expenses/budget, guiding and managing day-to-day operations, and continuously assessing and improving the performance of care and services.

Requirements: 

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program with a BSN degree; a master's degree is preferred.
• Bring a wealth of experience with 5 or more years in Operating Room Services, showcasing your comprehensive understanding of surgical care.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with the ability to plan, organize, and direct services in the Operating Room, Periop, SPD, and Cardiology Departments.
