Reporting directly to the Perioperative Nurse Manager, the Perioperative Assistant Nurse Manager will be clinical expert and leadership model for Registered Nurses and staff. You will oversee patient flow, assign care tasks, support team members, and ensure quality service. Responsibilities include managing challenging situations, distributing workloads, and monitoring staff performance. The Perioperative Assistant Nurse Manager will ideally have their Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience within the Operating Room and at least 6 months experience as a Charge Nurse. The OR Assistant Nurse Manager will enjoy a day shift schedule!
