An award winning community hospital is seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

This hospital has under 100 beds but offers a wide range of services to it's patients including Surgical Services, Emergency Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory Services, Primary Care, Women's Health, Rehabilitation Services, Community Wellness Programs, and other Specialty Care Services.
The Nurse Coordinator will act as a key liaison between the surgical team, nursing staff, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. They will oversee the daily operations of the operating room which includes scheduling, staffing, and resource management. The Nurse Coordinator will provide guidance and support to nursing staff, nd foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. They will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to operating room nurse practice.
