As a Provider-Occupational Health Services, you will be an integral part of the OEM and Absence Management department, providing high-quality care to patients and promoting workplace health and safety. Your responsibilities will include clinical practice, professional development, quality assessment/improvement, and research.

Requirements: 

  • Education: A Master's degree in nursing is required, along with completion of an accredited educational program for nurse practitioners or physician assistants.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Massachusetts, ANCC or equivalent accreditation for Nurse Practitioners, State of Massachusetts and DEA registration for prescription writing, and current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, with at least two years in adult practice. Prior experience in an acute care hospital, especially in Occupational Health, is preferred.
