The Nursing Director of Med Surg will oversee two standard Med/Surg units. These units serve as comprehensive care hubs for a diverse patient population, handling various medical and surgical cases. The RN Director Med Surg will lead a team of 55 professionals, including a Manager, Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, Patient Care Techs, Lead Patient Care Techs, New Grad RNs, and Unit Secretaries, the director will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations, fostering high employee engagement, and maintaining positive patient experience scores.

The Nursing Director of Med Surg will ideally hold their Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and have leadership experience within Acute Care Services. The RN Director Med Surg will enjoy a Monday-Friday day shift schedule!
