The Nursing Director Cardiac Cath Lab will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will have oversight of the overall operational, clinical alignment, financial and overall performance of Cardiac Cath Lab, providing strategic direction to meet the needs of the facility and regional market place. The Nursing Director Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for:

• Long range strategic planning of the department
• Development of the annual operating and capital budgets
• Maintaining staff productivity levels and staff development
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Effective Customer Service/ Patient Experience program
