The Nurse Manager Women and Children will oversee a skilled team of LDRP, NICU, Mother-Baby Nurses and support staff, and report directly to the Director of Maternal Child Health Services. As the Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager, you will receive ample support from Department Supervisors and Charge Nurses. You will collaborate with hospital leadership throughout the organization to oversee staff management and ensure the department maintains a high standard of care.

The role of the Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager is overseeing nursing practice, recruitment, and advancement of staff, as well as implementing initiatives to enhance performance improvement. The Nurse Manager Women and Children will have the responsibility of supervising the departmental budget and ensuring the unit's quality improvement.

• Bachelors degree in Nursing or related discipline.
• Licensed to practice Nursing in the State of Massachusetts

• 3 years of Nursing Leadership experience within a hospital setting
• Broad and thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing
